Same one says:
It was a satellite launch from Vandenberg Air Force base in Lompoc California.
I lived there for years and seen almost everyone they launched, the big ones like this one are amazing up close...

Another says:
For those who don’t know, this is a Falcon 9 first stage doing a reentry burn to come back for a landing,
while the second stage with its payloads are being boosted to their correct orbits before being jettisoned.
They both are high enough in the atmosphere to reflect sunlight from their expelled gases

We had one a week ago in Virginia about an hour before sunrise, Antares launch from Wallops Island.

The second stage made an enormous noctilucent cloud after it rose into sunlight about 30 to 40 miles up.
